A Shiba Inu reimagined as a fierce Japanese warrior through the bold visual language of ukiyo-e.

This original ARMATTI design combines a powerful Shiba Inu warrior with ornate samurai armor, traditional Japanese colors, and expressive ukiyo-e-inspired linework.

The front features the Shiba Inu warrior in a dramatic, kabuki-inspired composition. The back brings together powerful Japanese calligraphy and the iconic 「風林火山」 motif, creating a striking balance between traditional Japanese aesthetics and contemporary streetwear.

The Meaning of Furin Kazan

「風林火山」 comes from The Art of War by Sun Tzu and was famously used on the military banner of the Japanese warlord Takeda Shingen. The phrase represents four principles of movement and strategy:

• 疾如風 — Move swiftly like the wind
• 徐如林 — Remain calm and still like a forest
• 侵掠如火 — Attack fiercely like fire
• 不動如山 — Stand firm and unmoved like a mountain

The back design expands this traditional concept with the additional phrases 難知如陰 and 動如雷震, creating a powerful expression of Japanese warrior spirit through calligraphy.
